Morning,

I would just like to say a big thankyou to both Bob and Rich for their advice given to me, I have taken this and following a meeting with my District
Manager have now started resolving my issues, and whats more I even get paid my bonuses when I am off with RA, once again a big thankyou to everyone who replied to me

all down to you for following through and having the courage to address the issue :)

Too many companies do not know of their responsibilities , and some do and chance that their employees do not .

Jo,

So pleased I was able to be of some use. Even tho' I've been out of the Disability & Consultancy business for nearly 6 years now, it saddens me to hear that so many employers don't know their obligations to disabled people.

I hope your managers help you to overcome the work-related difficulties caused by RA. I'm especially pleased that you will no longer be penalised on the bonus scheme. (Is there any chance they will reinstate lost bonus from the past - or is that wishful thinking?)
